I got my back piece a little over a year ago. Its a family tree. Each of the main branches has one of my siblings or parents names on it. I thought it was appropriate to get a weathered looking winter tree because although my family might not look like much, we’ve made it through a lot of storms are are stronger and closer because of it.

I also did not get my name on the tree because I think the entire tree represents me, because each member of my family makes up a part of who I am.
